  3. * HOWTO USE E-MAIL SERVERS TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE GUIDE?

  5.   The generic way ia, to go for an (unextended) ASCII version, by sending
  6.   (any) e-mail to netguide@ef.org. The guide will then be sent to you split
  7.   into several pieces.

  90.     * <file-name#> is the *full* filename, ie. including the PATH!
